Consultant to the Marketing Team of the Endoscopy Division providing input for product acquisition by:

• Highlighting clinical practice trends

• Identifying customer work process needs

• Impacting workflow efficiency

• Reviewing marketing materials (video/written) to impact sales

• Organizing focus groups for product evaluation

• Supporting sales staff with strategic actions to reach decision-makers to grow their business

Created Knowledge/Skills checklists specific to company products. These tools are utilized by clinical end users and the sales force to support knowledge and skill mastery. Knowledge/skills checklists created for:

• Fetal Pillow

• Ally UPS

• Cord Blood Registry process

• Uterine manipulators (Advincula Delineator and RUMI II),

• Multiple Vacuum Assist devices (all models of Mityone and Mityvac systems)

In partnership with HealthImpact developing a “Transition in Practice” program for Peri-operative Nursing integrating online and hands-on learning. Anticipated to launch: 3rd quarter 2023

Completed training to deliver Pfiedler Enterprises Contact Hour (CH) courses
